Since I've been experimenting with various surfaces and materials, I've purchased new printing surfaces such as glass and spring steel. Some of these have come with dimensions that are slightly different than the stock print surface for the MakerGear M2. Therefore, instead of cutting the rubber pieces that hold the print surface in place, I designed an adjustable bracket that I was able to use to secure a variety of slightly mis-sized print surfaces. This has been especially useful with the BuildTak surface as their surface comes slightly larger than my stock glass. I've created a version 2 by request for the latest version of the MakerGear M2. Instructions Remove the rubber printbed hold downs and slide these into place. Pull them snug against the printbed and tighten. Mine securely hold the print surface in place.
