Hi I am an artist based in France. I have been pioneering 3D printed block printing since 2018. I believe it is a great way to get digital art printed on to real paper with real paint. I am also trying to revive the art of Japanese woodblock printing in a modern way. This is a set of printing plates for you to print a classic Ukiyo-e image to make really beautiful A5 size greeting cards. This set makes an excellent present for someone artistic! Or save money and print your own cards this holiday season! It is not difficult to learn, I run workshops in Paris all the time with kids. If you prefer, I have ready-made printed cards and also ready 3D printed DIY kits for sale on my Etsy Shop. Print the plates in the numbered order for best results. Mix acrylic with water to get the right consistency. You can sponge more than one colour at a time to get two tone effects like I did here. Use 300 gram water-colour paper for best results. The final plate (plate zero) allows you to print my website address on the back of your card if you feel like helping me spread the word.
