Printable STL Printbot Adjustable Spool Coaster

This is my printable STL conversion of Printrbot's Open Source Adjustable Spool Coaster. Based on Printrbot's original DXF lasercut design posted here: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/printrbot-adjustable-spool-coaster It will hold almost any size spool of Filament. Just slide it as wide or thin as your spool and lock down the 3mm bolts with ease. Full assembly instructions can be found at Printrbot: http://help.printrbot.com/c/Acrylic_Adjustable_Spool_Coaster This version is an earlier design that uses printed pins to hold the 608zz Bearings instead of bolts, providing a more secure fit. Based on the original DXF files and designed to use all of the original hardware as listed in Printrbot's Bill of Materials, it has been modified from a cutting DXF to allow for easy printing and assembly with a tight fit. The tabs/sockets, screw, and nut channels have been modified to make them print and assemble smoothly, eliminating the need for machining. My goal is to create well-fitting parts that require minimal adjustments to make them fit perfectly. I achieved excellent results on my Printrbot Simple using 0.20 mm height, 0.4mm nozzle, 30% infill, and only two perimeters. My prints fit nicely and tightly with this setup, suggesting you print two parts that attach to each other and see if you get good results with your setup. The final print height is 5.6mm, allowing the tabs/sockets to remain as close as possible to the original pattern. If your tabs/sockets are loose-fitting, try printing three perimeters or import the files into Tinkercad and extrude the height to 5.8 mm or higher for a tighter fit.
