A printer akin to the CupCake that utilizes conductive build materials will be perfect for this printable resistor. Featuring 0.05 mm traces (adjust as needed), it contains more turns than http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2967, resulting in increased resistance. Python, Inkscape, and Blender were used to create the design. The script can generate varying trace sizes and numbers of turns for future capacitor designs, which may be released at some point. This resistor's approximate resistance is 1.33 ohms in copper, 86.9 ohms in nichrome, 17.4 ohms in lead, and 1.65 megaohms in sea water. Further resistance could be achieved by printing it with layers along the Z axis at the same resolution and trace size, 10 times per millimeter. Print with conductive material for optimal results; high resolution is necessary.
