Print this "Printable Pocket Butterfly Comb" from techno246, who is believed to be the original designer of this model. The comb had issues, so I redrew it with these changes: Pins & Caps: Added pins and caps since the original design required additional fasteners. File down burrs for a snug fit. Comb: Thickened from 2mm to 3mm to stop shaking during use. Filed down burrs on handle and applied vaseline to joints for smooth spinning. Lengthened teeth from 10mm to 12mm, made comb 5mm longer, and removed protruding parts at the bottom of the comb. Added a 1mm fillet around the comb. No changes were made to the handle.
