Create a 1:1 scale model using aluminum for the heated bed and carrier. Get inspired by my mini laser-cut orca, available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:21371. Note that there are 15 missing parts; however, this can be a great opportunity to create a truly REPRAP model. For functional use, print all parts at 1:1 scale, or scale it down for a smaller micro set. I'm working on printing my own version and hope to have it ready in a few days, despite the large print size. With suggestions from others, this project is now named P.I.P., which stands for "Pimped in Plastic."
