For the file, search on shapedo.com or youmagine.com as I won't post anything here anymore. Print at a layer thickness of 0.35mm with 20% fill. As the original files are for laser cutting and kerf is considered, scale parts by 1.015 in X and Y to avoid tight fit. Currently, I am modifying the design to enhance its printing method, correcting minor collisions and reducing it to three parts; watch this space.
