Some essential uploaded parts of the original design by Neds3D were severely damaged and therefore not printable. Because it was impossible to get support or help from the designer, I had to recreate these parts entirely on my own from scratch. The Spindle_Prop_V3.stl file remained unchanged and is attached here for completeness. During this process, I modified these parts to make them printable with minimal support, more stable after print, tailored to my requirements, and improved in various ways. Because the hexagonal profile on my spindles axis was shorter than Neds3D's, it was completely covered by the impeller. Now it is possible to lock the spindle's rotor during tool changes. For this reason, I made available slotted versions of the spindle cup mount housing and a slim customized wrench from MBCook. Additionally, I modified the impeller with a thread and a wider hole to fit my special spindle, which is named "Spindle_Prop_V4". I had another special issue: The housing couldn't be shifted high enough because it collided with the spindle mount. So, I made cutted versions of the housing to gain 10mm in height. To prevent collisions between the workpiece and other parts, it's highly recommended to use the short version of the bayonet_cap if the cutted version of the housing is used, which gains additional 10mm in height. The air outlet is designed to be used with a standard vacuum cleaner hose equipped with a bajonet clamp. For the bristles, I used Custom dust shoe bristles by gadgetmind. With the cutted and slotted version of the housing and a short bayonet cap, the airspeed at 24000rpm is about 16.4m/s, which corresponds to an airflow of approximately 25l/s or 1.5m³/min through the 44mm opening.
