The original text combined the base of the Derivative (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4036) with natetrue's replacement drive, while also increasing the diameter of the filament drive holes to match the Brutstruder's bottom block dimensions. To use this modified design, print it alongside Printruder II Dino (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5394) by wulfdesign. However, if you haven't printed it yet, you may need to fix issues with the MK4's idler wheel by gluing two acrylic pieces together to increase thickness and prevent filament sliding.
