Printable Marker for "Penstruder"

Version 5 of the 3-part pen is now uploaded, featuring a single solid piece including the geared section, with the marker body being female and the cartridge male. The thickness has also been increased to at least two layers for all parts. Share your feedback so any issues can be fixed promptly. After visiting art stores and browsing websites for a suitable empty marker, I decided to design printable pens and attachable ink cartridges for use with the "Penstruder" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5590). Performance results and custom felt-tip cutting instructions will be provided. A diagram of all pen components has been drafted, and suggestions are welcome to improve the printed marker's quality. The attachable ink cartridge can hold standard inkjet ink for printing various colors of ABS and PLS. Help is needed with the "Penstruder" project; all input is appreciated. To proceed, determine ideal dimensions, design in Blender, print the marker, install a custom nib, and test functionality using inkjet ink before publishing results.
