I printed this tag using finely engraved type on my Form 1 printer, with a layer thickness of 25 microns and was able to create high-quality metal replicas from the prints made possible by these precise tags. They measure precisely 16mm in width by 3.6mm in length by 1mm in depth at present. If you require curved tags like those used for rings, I recommend carefully pre-bending the design in your three-dimensional modeling software beforehand, as even a small amount of metalwork damage could be caused by fine denting of the printed surface. Occasionally, I encounter subtle "structural issues" while working with Form 1 printer settings; however, this is never an issue when rendering images within Blender. Simply select "repair," and it should solve the problem for you. I plan to thoroughly investigate these inconsistencies if they persist and will update the design as needed. To print successfully: * Print at a maximum resolution (25 microns or lower). * Utilize durable resins like FormLabs Tough or MadeSolid Vorex for the best results. A resin that is not transparent makes it simpler for your cast to work with, whereas I opted to use clear resin on this project.
