Printable LM8UU bushing v3

Revise my printable LM8UU bushings with spring for better performance. Prusa suggested adding flexibility, so I did. They are strong enough to handle forces and decrease X-end cracking risk. Replaced originals; wearing in well with no chatter issue. Note that ABS is unsuitable due to high friction and quick wear. PLA works fine or other hard plastics. To print, input extrusion width from your slicer into the scad file, render, slice, and print at least 4 bushings at a time. Cooling required during printing. Post-print, run bushings on threaded rod for easier movement and apply suitable grease.
