This is an adapted design of Daniel Markos' Jewel Tree, available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:22883. However, it didn't fit on my printing plate. Initially, I attempted to resize it; however, the mounting brackets were misaligned and the holes became too tiny. Consequently, I divided the design into four sections using Meshmixer. You will need to join the large pieces with glue or melted plastic (I used Bison plastic glue). Finally, seal any gaps with acetone-melted plastic and paint with white acrylic for a polished look.
