Printable Eyeglasses Frame (Bronx E Black 145)

My old frames (Bronx E Black 145) snapped on me, forcing me to design some brand new ones to wear myself. They print beautifully in PLA with supports, resulting in no warping or sticking issues; I haven't printed them in ABS yet but plan to soon. I emailed the people who made my glasses for me (America's Best) and they said they couldn't give me the lens template or number, leaving me unable to share what lens template to ask for if you want to get lenses that match. What you can probably do instead is print out a set and say you want your new lenses fitted to them, or order the lenses for the same model I got (Bronx E Black). For adjusting the frames, just run them under scalding hot water for a minute, then bend them into place how you need. I tried this trick and it worked well for me. As for popping the lenses in, my only real solution is to do so with care, keeping in mind not to scratch the coating off. Print Settings Supports: Yes Notes: Print the main frame piece facing down; lay the sides down flat for printing. The main frame piece will need cleaning because the supports for it are messy, making it ideal to use soluble supports for this print.
