BAR Nut: Despite breaking my initial BAR nut creation, Coogrr's generosity allowed me to source a fixed single and double BAR nut through their excellent Thingiverse community page (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:845489). Instructions: Feel free to print the extrusion piece using any settings you prefer, but for maximum accuracy I opt for 0.4mm layer height and zero infill. This allows it to remain remarkably solid. To add precision threads, however, make sure to use 0.1mm layer heights or as close to it as possible.
