I needed a temporary replacement pinion gear while waiting for a spare to arrive, but none were available on Thingiverse that could be truly printed. That's why this design was created. It was designed with 0.4mm nozzles in mind, making it compatible with many standard 3D printers. The model was printed using PETG, which turned out to be much tougher than I had anticipated. Its strength might make it last for a long time. Interactive models and Fusion360 source files are available for download at https://a360.co/2y8CqLI. After one month of heavy use, the gear showed no visible wear, impressing me with its durability. PETG has exceeded my expectations in terms of strength.
