This Kickstarter project by Erik Kettenburg features a printable dummy of the Digispark PRO PCB, allowing you to have a tangible model in hand. Printing instructions include using an Ultimaker with 100% infill and 0.2 mm layers; color the headers post-printing with a black marker pen. The project also includes an OpenSCAD file for your convenience.
