A regular icosahedron is built in OpenSCAD using only the value of phi as an input and then converted into a D20 by placing numbers on its surface. TBuser's bitmap font module (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2054) is used for generating the numbers. The creator also included a version with all twenties to satisfy Makerblock's challenge. The code was written concisely and efficiently, demonstrating the programmer's skills in OpenSCAD. The code includes an intersection of 12 pentagons, each rotated and extruded linearly to form the icosahedron shape. Numbers are then placed on each face using a for loop and TBuser's bitmap font module. The die is recommended to be printed with 100% infill for the best chance of fairness.
