Printable Covid Mask Breather

The original design by Jtachan, for me, is unprintable with flexible filament. I tried different hardness-types, but only 1 (the orange one) succeeded more or less. Then I noticed the sides of the original are largely flat. So I - split the mask in half, - laid it flat in the slicing software, - mirrored the copy, - added support Bob's your uncle (probably, 'cause he isn't mine). After printing I used a small soldering iron to melt the 2 halves together, worked great! The images show: - the original design in orange, printed in the sturdy RealFlex, without supports, not so nice - the white reunited, split design, printed in the very flexible NinjaFlex, better! In the Repetier screen dumps you will find the rotational values for the individual parts. You can also put in only the integer values and then click the Lay Flat button.
