This is a set of tools designed to aid in sculpting cables, pipes, or tentacles. Simply print 2 of each plate, roll a sausage of your preferred modeling clay or putty, put it between the two textured surfaces of the plates (texture running in the same direction) and slide the top plate back and forth in the direction of the texture, applying gentle even pressure. There are 9 different plate designs, each with a different texture. Scale your prints as required. I recommend printing them at 50% scale for most 28mm miniature applications though you may want to go bigger or smaller by preference. Print orientation is key to avoid warping! Do not print flat on the plate if printing on an SLA printer. There is also a file for a guide rail. These can be positioned along the side or on the diagonal of the plate to ensure your plates are aligned. Experiment with different orientations for different effects.
