Using my MakerBot, I opted for printing a Bus Pirate case instead of using a laser cutter. If you're employing materials other than PLA or natural ABS, be mindful of the LED visibility. ABS makes red LEDs conspicuous, while green ones are visible but dim. Moreover, the case's interior may necessitate adjustments based on your printer's tolerance and board-cutting precision. In my case, I had to remove a minuscule amount of material from the interior.
