This print is designed to hold a mask printed from here: https://longliveyoursmile.com/3d-printable-mask-for-covid-19/ The downloaded mask does not come with a way to secure it against your face. To use this, slide one end with holes into place and fasten the other end with a pin or hairpin. This will keep the piece securely in position. Note that you'll need four hairpins for each connection to the mask. There are several holes in the band to accommodate different facial sizes. You may need to scrape off any excess material from the bulbous end of the hairpin so it fits smoothly into the hole.
