I made this to fill-out the 80% Arms Gen. 1 milling jig assembly posted by @digitaldash (thing:4908033). I have not yet had the chance to test this out myself. That being said, if you choose to use this to finish out an incomplete lower receiver of your own it is, of course, at your own discretion. Either way, let me know how it goes! I can ALWAYS tweak the hole placement!
