This measuring device can be printed out and is used to measure wind speed. It's particularly useful when checking small fans or items of a similar type. You can use it to compare different settings against the scale. To get started with this project, you'll need a few materials. You will need: - A 2D printer capable of producing an item that measures 42mm by 12mm, such as the printed scale. - A 3D printer, which is required to print out two parts that make up this device. - Doublesided tape in order to secure the scale to the base properly. - Short thread with a few stopper knots attached so you can connect it safely. To start building your wind speed measuring device: Make sure you set the infill at 33% or a comparable percentage for a better finish.
