I reworked noreway's design by tightening tolerances to fit 2mm filament and loosening others for compatibility with MakerBot X2. The pegboard jig assists in creating perfect 3mm-long cylinders. Accurately cutting and shaping rollers is crucial, as pointy ones ensure smooth operation. Adjust the jig's height according to your printer's tolerances. Apply rollers with tape around the large piece, insert the core, add more rollers, glue the short piece, then carefully remove the tape using needle-nose pliers. Finish it off with a drop of oil inside for optimal performance.
