To drive my Prusa Mendel Z-axis, I plan to construct a pulley system powered by a single dual shaft motor. For this purpose, I searched for an XL pulley and found a 10T XL one at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7454. However, it didn't meet my requirements, so I decided to build a larger XL pulley similar in size to a NEMA 17 motor, using SPD/SI's Part Number: A 6Z 3-27SF03708 as my reference. I modified the bore size from 1/4" to 5mm and used two M3 nuts in the hub. The belt width is 0.375", the bore size is 5mm, it has a flange configuration of 1 flange with a hub, a pitch diameter of 1.719", an outside diameter of 1.700", and an overall length of 0.813".
