**UPDATE: I've verified that these parts fit perfectly and connect securely. Unfortunately, I won't be able to upload photos because I'm currently troubleshooting a problem with my bed part cooling, which has been causing warping - not an issue with this specific part, just a printer setup issue. I've also uploaded a version that can be printed sideways, significantly increasing its strength since the layers are parallel to the beam. To achieve this design, two of the opposing sides feature V-notches (intended for the carriage's wheels) while the other two sides resemble the original 2020 extrusion with angled voids, giving it a diamond shape. Smaller nuts fit snugly inside, but I plan to create an M3 nut adapter for convenience. I'm thrilled about these improvements! This quick design enables printing of 2020 frame pieces that click together seamlessly and is compatible with most three-wheel carriages (that use the extrusion's sides) or can be adapted to work with a rail system by rotating the extrusion so the open slots face the bed. Although I designed a small tolerance in the inserts, I didn't want to compromise on usability due to potential play issues. Unfortunately, I haven't had time to test this design yet as I'm currently printing something else. My ultimate goal is to create an almost entirely printed delta printer, making it unnecessary for people to spend money on expensive aluminum extrusions or rods from China. Let me know your thoughts!
