I required an idler pulley with twenty teeth for a GT2 belt on my delta printer that operates on ball bearings. Unable to locate a readily available industrial-made pulley online, I created this one using two F604 ZZ ball bearings. It can be utilized with the 6mm GT2 belts commonly used in three-dimensional printers. The assembled height of the pulley is fifteen point two millimeters.
