Create a wooden-like object with annual rings by printing with LAYWOO-D3, a new FDM filament. The design features parts such as boiler, boiler plate, wheels and smoke pipe, allowing for easy modifications to create wagons. Print at temperatures between 175°C and 250°C without nozzle blockage. LAYWOO-D3 offers a rough or smooth surface, paintable, grindable, cuttable with saw, printable tree rings, sticks well on print bed without heated bed, and contains recycled wood and harmless binding polymers. It has thermal durability similar to PLA but is not meant to replace traditional wood or bamboo. Trial amounts of 0.25 kg are available in various countries, with 1.75 mm filament coming soon.
