HoleBlock Thingiverse

HoleBlock

Thingiverse gjpc Free 3D Printable

Materials and printers differ. When you make a small hole in a model and then try to fit a non 3d printed part into the hole, frequently you must do trial and error. This model allows you to print out a hole gauge with holes from 1mm to 2.2mm. You may then test fit your part and choose the right diameter hole in your design.Print this in the finest detail your printer and slicer can handle in the material you are using for your model. Test fit the part you are using and then drill the hole using your favorite CAD tool. My favorite is FreeCAD, so I included the FCStd file for you to modify as you wish.
