Print Sheet Holder – RepBox Side Mount – For Prusa MINI/+

<p>A companion to the <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/236402-print-sheet-holder-repbox-side-mount-for-prusa-i3-">MK3 RepBox side-mounted print sheet holder</a>, for the MINI/MINI+ print sheets. There are two versions: one for MMU printing (pictured) and one with debossed sheet label text for single material printing.</p><p><strong>This print sheet holder cannot be printed on the MINI/+ </strong>(too large) and is designed specifically for setups similar to the one in the photos (and pictured below), which incorporates both a MK3 and a MINI.</p><figure class="image image-style-align-center image_resized" style="width:50%;"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/312708/rich_content/3631918d-36bb-4154-a8cb-0e4fc3f83ec8/img_0826.jpeg#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%2269cc2c76-2808-42e0-84d5-178025eb305b%22%2C%22w%22%3A1280%2C%22h%22%3A960%7D"></figure><p>Optional <a href="https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081V3PQCB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&amp;psc=1">magnets</a> can be embedded in the print which can then be used to store things (like the <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/254366-repwinder-repbox-loading-tool">RepWinder-RepBox Loading Tool</a>) on the bottom of the print sheet holder (if your RepBox is mounted to a wall).</p><p>For those of you who like this design, but only own a MINI/+ and are frustrated by the <strong>bolded</strong> statement above, I do plan to design a variation of this print sheet holder which <i>will be printable</i> on the MINI/+; similar to <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/235810-print-sheet-holder-for-prusa-i3-mk25s-mk3ss">this design</a>. Stay tuned…</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h4><strong>Parts &amp; Hardware:</strong></h4><ul><li>1x Print Sheet Holder</li><li>1x RepBox-2PCS-TFBracket_mod (single print/file, two parts)</li><li>2x M4x25mm screw</li><li>2x M4 nut</li></ul><p>You should probably also have a RepBox to mount it to.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h4><strong>Printing Recommendations:</strong></h4><h5><strong>Print Sheet Holder</strong></h5><ul><li>Use a 0.6mm nozzle if you have one; cuts the print time by nearly 50%.</li><li>0.3mm layer height if you're using a 0.6mm nozzle; 0.2mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle.</li><li>3 perimeters.</li><li>15% infill with the pattern of your choice is sufficient; I used cubic.</li><li>All provided G-code files include a print pause for the optional magnets. If you are creating your own G-code and would like to use the magnets, don't forget to include the print pause.</li><li>All of the provided .3mf files include PrusaSlicer settings and a print pause for the magnets; remove the print pause if you are not using magnets.</li></ul><h5><strong>Modified TFBrackets</strong></h5><ul><li>Use a 0.4mm nozzle for better detail around the nut pocket opening.</li><li>0.15-0.2mm layer height.</li><li>15% infill with the pattern of your choice is sufficient (there is very little infill in these anyway due to the small size and number of holes passing through them).</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h4>Assembly:</h4><p>Assembly is the same as described <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/236402-print-sheet-holder-repbox-side-mount-for-prusa-i3-">here</a>.
