Side-Mount Print Sheet Holder for Your RepBox and Prusa i3 PrinterA variation of the Print Sheet Holder that is mountable to either side of a RepBox by Repkord. The holder can store one each of the smooth, textured, and satin sheets for the Prusa i3 MK2.5, MK2.5S, MK3, MK3S, & MK3S+ printers. Optional magnets can be embedded in the print which can then be used to store things, like the RepWinder-RepBox Loading Tool, on the bottom of the print sheet holder (if your RepBox is mounted to a wall). Also have a Prusa MINI/+? Slap one of these on the other side of your RepBox! Parts & Hardware:1x Print Sheet Holder-RepBox_Side (yellow)1x RepBox-2PCS-TFBracket_mod (single print/file, two parts)(green)2x M4x25mm screw (blue)2x M4 nut (green) Printing Recommendations:Print Sheet HolderUse a 0.6mm nozzle if you have one; cuts the print time by nearly 50%.0.3mm layer height if you're using a 0.6mm nozzle; 0.2mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle.3 perimeters.15% infill with the pattern of your choice is sufficient; I used the default, gyroid. If you're creating your own G-code, along with positioning the model on the build plate diagonally so it fits, you'll probably also need to adjust the skirt distance from object to prevent a "tool path detected outside the print area" error. All provided G-code files include a print pause for the optional magnets. If you are creating your own G-code and would like to use the magnets, don't forget to include the print pause. I have provided .3mf files with PrusaSlicer settings if you would like to use that as a starting point. To remove the print pause, select the layer with the pause symbol next to it and click on the “x” to delete it.Modified TFBracketsUse a 0.4mm nozzle for better detail around the nut pocket opening.0.15-0.2mm layer height.15% infill with the pattern of your choice is sufficient (there is very little infill in these anyway due to the small size and number of holes passing through them). Assembly:Be sure to test fit all parts and hardware before final assembly. Trim/sand/file any necessary areas (I did not have to do any post-processing on these parts, but your mileage may vary). Use the nut pulling technique to seat the M4 nut all the way into the modified TFBracket. You will have to replace the two existing TFBrackets on the bottom corners of the side (left or right) of your RepBox you would like to mount the sheet holder to with the modified versions. You will re-use two of the three existing thread-forming plastic screws (yellow). The third screw will be replaced by the M4 screw (green). After you've installed the modified TFBrackets to the bottom corners of whichever side of your RepBox you've chosen to mount the Print Sheet Holder to, you can then install the Print Sheet Holder to the side with the two M4x25mm screws. If you like this print sheet holder but don't have a RepBox to mount it to, check out the desktop version here. But also… If you have the MMU, why don't you have a RepBox?! Treat yourself and get one here! Toss that silly buffer and be enlightened by the glory of the RepBox! Change Log:07NOV2022: Added link to MINI/+ version of this print sheet holder.
