Update: 9/17/17 I've added linked files for download and another bolt+nut combo that fits snugly in the pivot point. Version 1.1 has the correct bearing size and other optimizations, making it printable without support, except for some minor stringing that can be fixed with a little exacto knife work. If your print comes off the plate fused, simply flip it upside down and use a popsicle stick and hammer to get the carriage moving in the slots. It shouldn't take much force. The nut used: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2520913 The bolt I'm using: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2518081 I designed this using: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:193647 One 608 bearing is all you need; it doesn't require much torque. I've only seen one similar project, and my goal was to create a fork truck-like lift for an RC car that's fully printed, as much as possible. This is my first attempt at modeling, and I'll update as I go along. I'm printing on my Tevo I3 clone with PLA at 200C, using a layer height of .3.
