Print-in-Place Tactile Keycap Set: Directions, Numbers & Misc Keys
thingiverse
I discovered that by flattening the front edge of the keycap and positioning it at a 45-degree angle, you should theoretically be able to print it without any supports. Amazingly, it worked and didn't topple over during printing (Check out the pictures of the keycap on the printbed showing the correct orientation for support-free printing). However, you may want to print with a raft if you're concerned about it falling over. I've always wanted tactile keys for data entry, so I designed a set of tactile dice dots for the number pad and a few other miscellaneous tactile keys. Included step files for the basic, flat keycap. Feel free to remix and add your own unique tactile patterns, shapes, and textures.
