Print-in-Place Race Car
cults3d
This model can be printed all in one piece, with wheels that spin after you remove it from the printbed. It's an imaginary racecar inspired by several real-life vehicles. The main shape resembles the Nissan R90C, the back and the spoiler of the vehicle are mostly inspired by the Ferrari F40, and the front is reminiscent of the Ford GT. A friend also told me it reminds him of the Maserati MC12. There are two versions of the file: one with detailed wheels and one with simplified ones. With the normal (detailed) version, you can go as low as 60% scale, but with the simplified one, you can go even lower to the tiny 30% scale, which is just about 38mm (~1.5 inches) long (can be seen in pictures above). If you have issues printing any of my designs, DM me on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/vit.budina/) and I will send you my Cura profile. Each model takes between 5 to 15 hours to make, not including the time to come up with a way to create it (this sports car, for example, took me roughly 10 hours combined). I'm a student with no income except occasional part-time jobs, so if you'd like to reward me for my work, here's a PayPal link: www.paypal.me/VitBudina3DP Even tips as tiny as $1 are appreciated. :) Enjoy! :D
