Print in Place Humanoid Robot
thingiverse
The project was an attempt at creating prints utilizing straightforward print-in-place connections. It did not necessitate rafts or supports, and best of all, it didn't require any assembly. Merely delicately detach the print from your bed and disengage the joints which are usually pins or ball-and-socket types. The fit was optimized for a Makerbot Rep2 using PLA; with a 0.2mm layer height, single walls, and 5% infill. Despite my successful print, I still couldn't release the final two joints - give it your best shot!
