Print-in-Place Hinged Bag Clip
thingiverse
I was fed up with other bag clips that were either flimsy or fragile, requiring extra support or breaking easily, so I decided to design my own from scratch. To ensure a smooth print, all overhangs are carefully positioned at 45 degrees or below, including the internal structure of the hinge, allowing it to be printed without supports - at least on my printer. However, the hinge can be slightly sticky initially and may require some gentle manipulation to loosen it up; just make sure to wait until it has cooled down completely to avoid bending or breaking it, as I learned the hard way the first time. Print this design in place without any additional supports needed. You're also free to edit the provided OpenSCAD file as you see fit.
