PRINT-IN-PLACE HINGE ==================== This design is refreshingly simple, and I'm surprised it took me 20 minutes to create from scratch. The principle behind this hinge is straightforward and should be immediately apparent upon inspection. EDIT: I've printed this design with my Ultimaker 2 (now discontinued), using a 100% infill setting. It works well down to about 50% scale, and it should function at any size larger than that. NOTE: Use the flat version of this hinge; it performs better. Additionally, the smaller you print this hinge, the more difficult it will be to flex apart.
