This is a remix of a remix I actually created myself. You should be able to print this cart without any supports by printing it from one side upwards. My first cart worked surprisingly well (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2001557), so I decided to design an even better one. Once the cart is printed, you can easily break the mini supports by twisting the axle itself.
