This is a bi-static toggle switch. Achieves a firm seating and click in place motion via compliance of the lower portion of the frame. Low friction due to rolling motion of the mechanism.

Printed in PLA/.16 layer/.4 nozzle/0 top and bottom layers/hex infil. Please post results if you try a different material, as that will likely alter the compliance of frame and feel of switch motion.

Updated model to make it harder for gears to fall out. Insert the spacer (which prints just to left of frame) on the left side of frame as shown in second picture (switch must be thrown once to opposite side from printed position to do this). This helps keep the rollers under compression and makes it much sturdier. Not quite a pure print in place anymore but works better.

Use second set of mesh files if you would like to have a cover printed as well. Put cover into place with switch thrown to opposite side from printed position with incorporated spacer tab on left side of frame.
