Print-in-Place Ball Joint
thingiverse
You can print this as a one-piece ball joint that requires minimal post-print tweaking, with some tweaks only needed if it gets too complicated to produce on most Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) printers. Update: For the few with the capability to create objects with support materials made from chemicals you need not mix - simply pick a dissolvable printing setup for the support layers and save the additional hassle later on when it is all said and done, once complete remove only one thing after removing your object's base plate, if it can handle high temp support and then dispose.
