!!!!Before downloading, please note that the size of the e3dv6 thermal barrier on the flsun i3 is significantly larger than the standard!!!! The FLSUN i3 plus autolevel print head is a compact and lightweight design. When MGN12 rails are installed on the X axis, this print head can be used to improve print quality. By converting the x-axis to rail and using this print head, you can easily fix the feed mechanism from the rear side of the x-axis profile to shorten the Teflon tube. PETG plastic is used for printing. A 40x40x10mm thermal barrier cooler made from a snail 5015 is attached for blowing. To secure MGN12 use m3 screws and print mortise for nut (style file attached). Secure inductance of the z-axis limit switch using spacers.
