I redesigned the Fan duct to suit my needs, printing it from Thingiverse's model 2850837. The result was a simple yet highly effective duct with a nice design. However, I soon discovered that it was blowing too much air through my nozzle, which wasn't ideal for me. Rather than modifying the nozzle itself, I opted to create a print head cover that would lower the duct by 4 mm. This required printing the cover in three separate parts, which I then glued together. To add extra strength, I printed each part flat on the bed and incorporated the Ultrabase pattern on the outside. I also reused my previous fan cover design from Thingiverse's model 2913838 to incorporate it into this new creation.
