Following up on Jamezracer's Fan Duct design, I elected not to modify my original component so instead downloaded the STEP file from GitHub and modified it myself. The result features two lead scoops at the rear that allow wires for the Heater, Temperature sensor, and fans to exit at the back over the Heatsink fan. To further enhance James' Fan Duct design, I rounded off the back edges so that any body with a modified Cooling Fan Duct can still swivel using the rear two long knurled screws. However, you may need to remove one edge of the Cooling Fan Duct with a file; it's only necessary when refitting and takes just a couple of minutes to do so. A photo shows M2.5 screws being used with nuts to secure the fan in place - new screws are on order from eBay and will be added once fitted.
