This measurement needs to be in millimeters.</li><li>Using the chart below, determine which form you will need. Select a form with a circumference slightly smaller than your measurements. So if you have a measurement of 180 mm, you would use the Large form. </li><li>Print out your bracelet with a length matching the band measurement length in the chart below. Your bracelet should be approximately 2 mm thick. You will need to scale the model to match the length needed. Make sure to keep the thickness of the bracelet at 2 mm.</li><li>For best results, you want there to be no infill. The infill will create wrinkles. I usually slice my bracelets at 0.3 mm or 0.25 mm layer heights with four top and four bottom layers to create a solid model. This usually takes around 20-30 minutes to print.</li><li>Once your bracelet and form are printed, you will need some nearly boiling water and a pair of tongs. I use a cup of water and put it in the microwave for around 2 minutes or an electric tea kettle.</li><li>Insert your bracelet into the hot water. It only takes a few seconds for it appears to be the consistency of a wet noodle.</li><li>Hold the tongs in one hand and your form in the other. Remove the bracelet from the hot water and shake off any excess water. Immediately wrap the bracelet around the form. </li><li>The bracelet will cool and harden in seconds, so you must work fast. </li><li>At this point, you should inspect your bracelet for any parts that may be uncomfortable when worn. You can reform any specific areas that are not in the shape you want by heating them or reheating the whole bracelet as many times as needed.</li><li>Enjoy your hard work!</li></ol><h3>Sizing Table</h3><figure class="table"><table><thead><tr><th>Size</th><th>Circumference of form</th><th>Length of band</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Extra Small</td><td>135 mm</td><td>113 mm</td></tr><tr><td>Small</td><td>145 mm</td><td>119 mm</td></tr><tr><td>Medium</td><td>160 mm</td><td>130 mm</td></tr><tr><td>Large</td><td>175 mm</td><td>144 mm</td></tr><tr><td>Extra Large</td><td>185 mm</td><td>151 mm</td></tr><tr><td>2X Large</td><td>200 mm</td><td>162 mm</td></tr></tbody></table></figure><p> </p><p>This is an update to a system that I originally posted on Thingiverse.
