Print Cooler
thingiverse
I designed a cooler in Onshape specifically for my CTC printer, which was surprisingly affordable. Since I couldn't find any off-the-shelf coolers that fit perfectly, I decided to create one myself. This custom cooler is positioned extremely close to the hot end nozzle, so be cautious not to let them come into contact with each other. You may need to adjust the hot end's position by screwing it in or out slightly to ensure a proper fit. Keep in mind that this design is asymmetrical, which means if your extruder is set up differently than mine, you might have to flip the cooling system in your slicer to get the airflow just right. I've also included an optional mounting bracket for a 3D Touch probe, even though it's not necessary for cooling. However, I highly recommend these devices to anyone working with 3D printing - they're incredibly useful!
