I designed a suspensor for the reduction of print bed vibration during high-speed printing. It shows visible results when printing with a speed of 100+mm/s and acceleration of 700+mm/s². Print parameters: Material: PLA or PETG Layer high: 0.3 (Nozzle diameter 0.5) Infill: 50% Additional material used: 1x print bed spring (length 20mm) 1x M5x25 (as a shaft for wheels) 1x M5 hex net 1x M5 washer 1x M6x25 (as spring tension) 1x M3x16 (as piston rod endstop) 2x wheel The piston rod housing is filled with machine grease.
