This is a print bed mount I crafted for my customized d/j-bot printer. Similar to many others, I chose 1/4-inch aluminum tooling plate for the print bed. Due to the added weight, I opted to use M4 hardware for the leveling screws instead of M3 used by most other mounts. Hardware: My setup employs three of these mounts (one reversed) along with springs, washers, and M4x40 flat head socket cap screws. There is a nut holder on the mount for an M4 nut. Dimensions: The mount measures 55mm long and 40mm tall with the M4 screw positioned exactly 7.5mm from the end and 5mm from the face of the extrusion to which it is attached.
