Print bed levelers for V-slot frame (v2)
thingiverse
Version 2 update: Includes a new bracket design featuring a flat bottom and cut-out for a bottom knob. This can be used as a locking mechanism to secure a level adjustment, while also preventing the bed from lifting out or tilting. At least a 25mm bolt is required to use the bottom knob effectively (preferably 30mm or more to allow for up to 2mm of adjustment).\nDesigned specifically to attach to the side of 2020 aluminum v-slot using M3 screws, providing support for glass or acrylic beds. Attach the bed to the support ears with mounting tape - a thick rubbery double-sided adhesive available at most hardware stores.\nLeveling is made easy with an adjustable knob included in the design. For optimal results, print three brackets for a 3-point leveling mount. Press an M3 nut into the top of the knob and the bottom of the bed support piece. Mount the brackets to the side of the V-slot under your bed with the flat side facing up (make sure to clean out any debris from the holes). Insert an M3 screw (25mm recommended) through the top of the bed support, then tighten it. Next, thread the knob onto the screw and insert the free end of the screw through the hole in the mounting bracket. Finally, apply mounting tape and secure your bed in place.
