Print Bed Corners
thingiverse
Here is a new version of familiar parts. When using a mirror tile as a print bed, it's essential to have something to attach this to the sliding part below. The old version had screw heads protruding from the upper surface. This resulted in lost print space due to the risk of collision with the print head. A second reason was that it looked unattractive to me. Make up your own mind about what works best for you. Print Settings Printer: prusa selfmade Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25 Infill: 20% Notes: To assemble, use ISO 4762 M3x10 washers and stopper nuts. This corner was designed with tiles of 3 mm thickness in mind. The counterpart for tightening the spring is a turning knob (Drehknauf). A bit of force is necessary to get the nut into the hexagon hole.
